• — In the rare event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund any amount charged
• — Colours and details may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to display settings

04  Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the item(s) in your cart. An order is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation.

• — Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details
• — You may check out as a guest or as a registered account holder
• — You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information
• — We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory

05  Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

06  Coupons & Promotions

Coupon codes and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time they are issued, including any minimum spend, usage limits, or expiry date. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be modified or withdrawn at our discretion.
